Tier 4 Restrictions

Earlier this week, the Scottish Government announced new tier-4 restrictions for mainland Scotland from Boxing Day.

Mother Technologies has supported its clients throughout the pandemic and the recent announcement will not affect our operations or the services we provide. Customers should continue to contact Mother via the usual channels.

Festive Opening Hours

Mother will close on the 4 national holidays over the festive period. On Christmas Eve and Hogmanay, we finish early at 3pm. As always, our technical staff are on-call for customers subscribed to Emergency Care where assistance will be provided for any emergencies over the period.

On-Site Support Policies

In line with local lockdown policies, Mother’s technical staff will provide support remotely. In cases where remote support is not possible and an on-site visit to a client’s workplace or home is absolutely necessary, we will visit in the absence of any alternative. For your safety and the safety of Mother’s staff, please conduct your engagement adhering to the published guidelines with the strictest of conformance. Our staff are entitled to abstain from entering your property if they are not comfortable.
