On Friday 20th March, Mother closed its offices and trialled home-working for all staff. We experienced some difficulties, most related to restrictions on home broadband connections, but everything was ironed out by mid-day.
As of week commencing Monday 23rd March, the Coronavirus crisis had escalated. Staff briefly returned to work, gathered belongings and additional equipment to assist them at home. Since Tuesday 24th March we have all been operating from home.
There is no change to our operation other than the location of staff. Customers can contact us via the usual channels and receive an uncompromised service. All staff have VoIP telephone extensions accessible from wherever they might be. Our IT suite is hosted and our business systems are available from any location.
