Mother Technologies is an ISP, IT & telecom services provider operating in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow. We have an opening for an Office Administrator at our Aberdeen head office.
We are looking for a strong professional with great organisational, administrative and personal skills to take a lead in all aspects of business administration. This will include but is not be limited to:
The position would suit a confident individual with excellent organisational and customer service skills. It is not an instruction-led position. It requires a self-engaging, enthusiastic character who can use their own initiative, take ownership of tasks, implement them and help make a difference to the efficiencies that will influence and help grow the company.
You will work closely with our Financial Controller, Customer Services Manager and provide proactive support to the management team and the Managing Director.
The position is a full-time permanent staff position. A competitive salary ranging between £20k & £26k is on offer and negotiable depending upon experience.
