We’re currently looking for an office administrator to join our existing team in Aberdeen to help with ever-increasing workloads.
The administration department is the back-bone of operations at Mother. Its staff keep all the cogs turning and, with ever increasing workloads, we need to expand the team.
The ideal candidate will already possess administrative skills (gleaned from experience in a busy office environment) and have strong personal and organisational skills. The role is extremely varied which will extract and capitalise on every skill you possess. With a leaning towards procurement, the activities below don’t represent an exhausted list but do reflect the main areas of responsibility where your skills will be called upon.
The position would suit a confident individual with excellent organisational and customer service skills. You must be a good communicator. Working with the existing team, you will flexible and willing to help with all aspects of business. It requires a self-engaging, enthusiastic character who can use their own initiative, take ownership of tasks, implement them effectively and help make a difference to the efficiencies that will influence and help grow the company.
The position is a full-time permanent staff position offering an initial (but negotiable) starting salary of £20k depending upon your experience.
