As a Support Technician at Mother you will be engaged in an extensive ICT portfolio covering Hosted and On-Premise Solutions for businesses. Our Connectivity portfolio uniquely positions us to provide Hosted IT & Telephony Services (fully supported from Datacentre to Desktop) and we are looking for the right individual to join our support team in Edinburgh. Technical staff at Mother provide Remote Support to our clients across Scotland. On-Site support is also required when necessary. In addition to support, technical staff are involved in configuring and installing the IT, Telecom and Connectivity solutions we deliver to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a smart, professional appearance and excellent personal skills. You will have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a MSP environment. You will have a proactive, flexible approach to work and have a passion for IT. You will be keen to develop your knowledge & skill-set whilst delivering great service to our Customers.
Mother provides 24/7/365 support to its clients and you will be required to participate in our on-call rota when fully up to speed. Standby Rates apply when on-call. To minimise disruption to our clients, periodic evening and weekend work will also be required from time to time. Overtime is paid for all work undertaken during unsociable hours.
