Our Connectivity portfolio uniquely positions us to provide Hosted IT & Telephony Services (fully supported from Datacentre to Desktop) and we need to bolster our team in Aberdeen to satisfy our 2021 targets. The recruitment territory is Aberdeen for local on-site presence but our technical team provide support to our clients all across Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have a smart, professional appearance and excellent personal skills. You will have a minimum of 2 years work experience in an MSP environment, have a proactive, flexible approach to work and a passion for IT. You will be keen to develop your knowledge, support your colleagues and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
The position is office-based at our head office in Aberdeen but candidates should have a good home-working environment to cater for current COVID-19 restrictions and future flexible working arrangements.

Mother provides 24/7/365 support to its clients and as a Systems Engineer you will be required to participate in our on-call rota when fully up to speed. Standby Rates apply when on-call. To minimise disruption to our clients, periodic evening and weekend work will also be required from time to time. Overtime is paid for all work undertaken during unsociable hours.
