The ideal candidate is a graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with at least 12 months’ industry experience—preferably in an MSP environment.
You are professional in every aspect of your work and earn the respect of colleagues by being methodical, calm under pressure, and logical in your approach to troubleshooting. You take pride in meeting project deadlines and achieving target SLAs.
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. You will interact regularly with our clients, so confidence and excellent communication skills are essential for success.

Location
This is an office-based position working from our Head Office in Aberdeen. You will routinely be deployed to our customers premises, so a full driving license is essential.
Candidate Prerequisites
- Clean and well-presented
- A logical, structured approach to problem solving
- Proficient working knowledge of Windows Desktop and Active Directory
- 12 months of industry experience
- Possess a positive and professional attitude towards all aspects of work
- Eager to develop and contribute to the success of the company
- Possess a Full Driving License
Advantageous
- A graduate in a computer related discipline
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and Group Policy
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, M365 & Azure
- Experience working in an MSP environment
- Experience with Endpoint Protection products and general security practices
- A sound understanding of basic network infrastructure components (eg, switches and WiFi equipment)
