2002

We are thrilled to be celebrating our remarkable 21-year journey in the industry! Back in 2002, we embarked on an ambitious mission to provide top-tier IT support for SMBs in Aberdeen, which was traditionally reserved for large enterprises. Our move had a transformative impact, reshaping the local market and establishing us as pioneers in the region.

2004

In 2004, as more and more clients were seeking our services, we decided to move to a bigger office in Davidson House, Aberdeen. This move was important because it allowed us to have more space to work and serve our clients better. Our goal has always been to provide excellent IT support, and the larger office helped us do that more effectively. It also gave us room to expand our services and workforce. This was a crucial time when our reputation for great customer service and technical expertise began to grow, setting the stage for our future growth and innovation.

2006

In 2006, we made a big move into the telecoms industry by acquiring the telecoms division of Grampian Business Products. This was a significant step because it allowed us to offer more services and expand our client base.

2012

However, it was in 2012 that we reached a true turning point in our growth. This was the year when we made a strategic investment in datacentres, and it marked a transformative moment for our company. This bold move allowed us to establish secure private networks, enabling us to deliver a wide array of services, including IT hosting, telecom services, private connections, and managed security solutions. By doing so, we solidified our position as an innovative business in the industry, capable of offering end-to-end solutions that met the evolving needs of our clients.

2018

In 2018, we answered the high demand for our services by launching our Edinburgh office, a move that not only facilitated stronger customer relationships but also led to a significant expansion of our Edinburgh team from 2022 to 2023.

2023

As we celebrate our 21st anniversary, we are also thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for Services Company of the Year at the prestigious UK IT Industry Awards. This recognition underscores our exceptional achievements in the realm of IT services, marked by our outstanding success over the past year, high levels of customer satisfaction, and tangible business benefits stemming from our cutting-edge products and services.
