Office Administrator

Mother Technologies is looking for Office Administration staff in Aberdeen

Year on year, Mother is expanding. Our Administration Team are the back-bone of our organisation. They keep the cogs turning in all aspects of business administration and customer services. With ever-increasing workloads, we need to expand the team.

Ideal candidates will already possess administrative and customer service skills and have strong personal and organisational skills. Responsibilities of the team are extremely varied which will extract and capitalise on your every skillset. The activities below don’t represent an exhaustive list but do reflect areas of responsibility where extra support is required.

  • General Administration
  • Customer Care Activities
  • Sales Support
  • Procurement
  • Stock Control
  • Job Scheduling

Two individuals are currently required.

Both must possess first-rate organisational skills and adopt a conscientous approach to their responsibilities, ensuring that work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Good customer care requries client-engagement so individuals must be personable, confident and possess excellent communication skills. Working with the existing team, you will be flexible and willing to help with all aspects of business.

These positions are  full-time permanent staff positions with a negotiable starting salary based on your experience.
