Will Mother be GDPR compliant by May 2018?

There is currently no GDPR certification so it’s hard to say. What we can confirm is that we are heavily engaged in the review process and implementing change where necessary to ensure that Mother satisfies best practices required for compliance.

From a personal data and “Controllers” perspective, Mother is a business-to-business organisation that only holds records pertinent to our trade relationships. From a service provider and “Processor” perspective, we are confident that every precaution necessary to protect our customer’s data is already standard practice.

We have employed 3rd party consultants to perform gap analysis and report on areas of weakness. We are also working towards ISO 27001 which is the only auditable and internationally recognised standard that defines the requirements of an Information Security Management System.
