It would now appear to be inevitable that the entire business and organisational communities are going to be affected by the Coronavirus. We are all likely to experience partial if not full staff quarantine and need to prepare for the impact this will have on our organisations.
We are already experiencing high enquiry levels from customers who are concerned about the continuity of their operations during the challenging times that lie ahead.
Technology obviously has a significant role to play in allowing our operations to function and, on the upside, there is no technical obstacle that prevents staff from being fully equipped to work from home. This is true from both an IT and telecom perspective. Staff can access all your business applications – not just those in 365 – and all telephony transactions can continue seamlessly without pressure to man your offices.
We are contacting all of our existing customers to discuss their plans and provide guidance where required. Many are already equipped.
