The default call retention period for Witness is 6 months. For organisations regulated by the FCA, the period can be extended to to and beyond 7 years. Witness has an extensive API giving clients the ability to integrate voice transaction directly with their CRM software. It is can also be fully integrated with Active Directory.
Witness can record extension-side or line giving you the option to capture internal as well as external trunk calls. If recording line-side, Witness will capture your calls irrespective of the extension device. Fixed-desk handset, aa cordless extension, a softclient on your desktop or a UC applications on your mobile or tablet, Witness will capture it.
