Liberty Communication Platform - Self Service

For clients with dedicated (non-multi-tenant) instances of Liberty that possess internal technical telecom expertise, Liberty can be self-administered.

Self Service allows clients to make configuration changes they are comfortable dealing with, whilst maintaining the fallback support required for issues, or complex changes that require the in-depth knowledge of Mother’s team.

Articles in this section provide introductory information for utilising Active Directory Synchronisation for Witness Call Recording and Liberty Analytics, along with How-To guides for basic everyday administrative tasks.
